If you are dropping it off please call me on my cell phone at 653-1958 to make sure I will be home. In the past we have had several people forward me the three things but send them at different times, ex: e-mailing the registration then later faxing the vaccination record and then either mailing or bringing me the payment. This makes the paperwork very confusing, difficult and time consuming. Please return all the needed items at one time. If you absolutely can not do this then at the very least please put the date and time of your class on the information so I can match it up. If you have any questions please call or e-mail me. Classes fill quickly. In order to get the time slot you prefer for classes you will
need to get your registration and payment in as soon as possible. Classes are held at the Centrum in Grand Bay-Westfield. New Classes Starting March 14, 2012 at the following times: Level 1 will start March 14 , 2012 on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM Level 2 will be starting March 14 th on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM Sunday, March 18th Rally-O classes at 5 PM. - must have completed at least a Level 2 course to attend. Level 1 at 6:00 PM Puppy Kindergarten at 7:00 PM All of these classes will be taught by Lisa Boucher. If your dog has any aggression issues either towards people or other dogs do not bring the dog to group classes, this is something that should be handled in private classes. Please call me and we can set something up. Please fill in the registration form by clicking on the link above and use the payment option for online Credit Card. Classes are $95.00 (+tax for a total of $107.35) for a 6 week course - of which $40.00 will be considered a non-refundable deposit. Also include a copy of your dog's vaccination record. The dog must have the Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine. If you can not copy and attach the record to the online form then please bring it with you on the first class. Puppy Kindergarten people may not have all the vaccinations completed until class time, just make a note an you can forward the record when it is completed. This is for Puppy Kindergarten only. Level 2 is not required to provide proof of vaccines. Payment should be made with the online form however, if you cannot pay online then you may contact me to make arrangements to pay by cheque or cash. If you have a credit or a gift certificate please make a note of that on the registration form. Because our classes are usually full only registrations with payment will guarantee you a spot in the class of your choice.
