Classes fill quickly. In order to get the time slot you prefer for classes you will
need to get your registration and payment in as soon as possible. For Level 1 please put your preferred day and time on your registration. There will be classes held at the Centrum in Grand Bay-Westfield. We have sessions being offered on Sunday's and Wednesday evenings. Puppy Kindergarten will again be offered Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM, January 14th Level 1 will be held on Sundays at 3 PM and 4 PM. starting January 11th . Level 1 will also be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM. Starting January 14th Level 2 will be held on Sundays at 5 PM. starting January 11th. This is learning to work in high distraction. If there is enough interest in a Level 3 it will be held on Sundays at 6 PM. Instructor is Sue Bosence. This is a play based course to refine skills and master control in all environments. It's a lot of fun! If your dog has any aggression issues either towards people or other dogs do not bring the dog to group classes, this is something that should be handled in private classes. Please call me and we can set something up. Please fill in the registration form by clicking on the link above and use the payment option online of paypal or Credit Card. Classes are $95.00 of which $40.00 will be considered a non-refundable deposit. Also include a copy of your dog's vaccination record. The dog must have the Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine. If you can not copy and attach the record to the online form then please bring it with you on the first class. Puppy Kindergarten people may not have all the vaccinations completed until class time, just make a note and you can forward the record when it is completed. This is for Puppy Kindergarten only. Level 2 is not required to provide proof of vaccines. Payment should be made with the online form however, if you cannot pay online then you may contact me to make arrangements to pay by cheque or cash.. If you have a credit or a gift certificate please make a note of that on the registration form. You can also print off the online form and return this to me by either e-mailing it back to me or faxing it to me at 757-8771. If you are dropping it off please call me on my cell phone at 653-1958 to make sure I will be home. In the past we have had several people forward me the three things but send them at different times, ex: e-mailing the registration then later faxing the vaccination record and then either mailing or bringing me the payment. This makes the paperwork very confusing, difficult and time consuming. Please return all the needed items at one time. If you absolutely can not do this then at the very least please put the date and time of your class on the information so I can match it up. If you have any questions please call or e-mail me.
